Carbs: Healthy or Hurtful?

Here's always great debate in the nutrition world as to if carbs (carbohydrates) are healthy or hurtful to your body. The mass generalization of this question has caused harm to those who believe the nutrition fads of the modern world claiming all carbs are bad. Ultra-processed, sugar filled carbohydrates (or any food for that matter) are the problem. There are "good" carbohydrates such as fruits, vegetables, rice, and oats that provide essential nutrients to your body. See the diagram below for examples of "good" vs. "bad" carbs.
